Happy Monday!
It was rough going back to work this morning after a long weekend off in Asheville. While I was preparing to go back to work, I thought of a few things I cannot live without on Mondays.
Blue Light Blocking Glasses: I don’t think I could survive without these babies. I am looking at a computer screen or phone screen the majority of the day. These glasses are extremely affordable and help reduce eye strain and headaches. I’ve gotten tons of friends and co-workers hooked. My favorite ones are linked here, but I also love these and these.
Life Planner: I’ve always loved these Life Planners. How cute is the customization? They have a million to choose from – oh my goodness it was so hard to decide which one to get! I have ALWAYS used a planner to keep me on top of things and organized.
Spark: Yum! Yum! Yum! I often drink Spark (found here) in replace of my morning coffee. I’ll also use it as my pre-workout – I love it because it gives me a boost, but doesn’t leave me feeling jittery. It’s also full of vitamins and minerals our body needs.
HYPE Spotify Playlist: Follow my HYPE playlist here. I add songs every day and it’s full of my absolute top songs from the past several years. I love it and listen to it every morning before work to get me going!
Large Yeti: I love this large Yeti Tumbler because it fits 30oz of water and encourages me to drink water throughout the day. I love the white one found here, but there are TONS of different colors.
