“Wow your eyelashes are so long and dark!” I have been getting this compliment for the last several months thanks to my lash extensions from Vivify Salon – AKA the best decision EVER!
So, my eyelashes are naturally blonde… they aren’t too short, but without mascara, you can’t even see them. I haven’t had to wear mascara in months thanks to these babies. They are perfect for summertime because I never have to worry about my mascara running after being in the pool or lake!

FAQs Regarding Lash Extensions:
What are Eyelash Extensions?
Eyelash extensions add thickness and length to your natural lashes. Vivify will customize your lash extensions according to your desired look, condition of your natural lashes and number of natural lashes to provide you with eyelash enhancements that are safe and not damaging to your natural lashes.
How Long do Eyelash Extensions Last?
Lashes can last anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks, but if you get them filled every two weeks, they will look significantly better than going to get them filled every four weeks. Eyelash Extensions shed with your natural lashes and everyone’s growth cycle is different, so lashes may last longer on some people than others. I normally get mine done every 2 or 3 weeks.
Who Performs the Service?
Vivify’s eyelash services are performed by certified lash artists who are continuously learning new techniques. They are in the business of healthy lashes, and strive to maintain the integrity of the natural lash by customizing diameters and lengths of extensions for what your natural lash can safely hold. Their pricing is broken down into 3 tiers:
Junior Artist: Has been doing lashes less than one year, has advanced training in Classic lashes and is starting training in Volume lashes.
Advanced Artist: Has been doing lashes over one year with advanced skills in Classic lashes and Volume lashes, plus is starting training in Mega Volume lashes.
Master Artist: Has 2+ years in mastery of Classic, Volume & Mega lashes.
Do the lash extensions cause your natural eyelashes to fall out?
No. As long as they are applied correctly, they will never cause your natural lashes to fall out. However, it is natural to loose 3-5 natural lashes per day (with or without extensions)! In order to keep your lash extensions in tip top shape, you should get “re-lashed” every 2-3 weeks.
What are the different options when choosing which lash extensions are right for me?
Vivify Salon offers Natural (Classic) Lashes, Flirty Lashes, Diva Look, and Hollywood Set.
Natural (Classic) Lashes: This look replaces mascara by adding thickness and length to your natural lashes. They are applied one by one to your natural lashes. This look is great if you have lots of natural lashes or if you are looking to try extensions. The picture above is actually ME when I first got my classic lashes.
Flirty Lashes: I had flirty for a while and loved them, but ultimately decided to step it up to the diva look. This look is a combination of half classic and half 2D (2 extensions per natural lash). This creates slightly more fullness and is an entry level volume look. Glam Lashes: This look is all 2D extensions (2 extensions per natural lash) to double your lashes.
Diva Look: This look is their Russian Volume Look. Russian Volume lashes are 3-5 lightweight extensions per natural lash, filling gaps in the lash line, a full, eyeliner look, their most popular look! I have had the previous two (Natural and Flirty), but have the Diva Look now and LOVE them. They aren’t too much, but my lashes are still full volume!
Hollywood Set: This look is done by their Advanced and Master artists. It is a hyper volume super full and glamour look. It is 6-15 super lightweight extensions applied to each natural lash. This look has to be customized to what your natural lashes can safely hold, not everyone is a candidate for this look.
Other Lash Tips:
– The only thing lash extensions are afraid of is OIL. Stay away from oil based products such as oil based eyeliners, oil based foundation, and oil based make-up removers. I always use this and this to remove my makeup.
– Don’t get them wet for 24 hours
– Do not rub, pull or pick you lashes as you can pull your own natural lashes out when you do this
– Absolutely no mascara on Volume Lashes! Mascara clumps lashes together and they are impossible to fix once you do this to a volume lash extension.
– Clean lashes daily
– Don’t tug at the bases with your brush spoolie, brush tips only to straighten
