1. Create a set social media schedule. For example, have 1 hour set aside each work night to focus on my social media platforms; then, work on the weekends.
2. Focus on my health and wellness. I have not been as consistent with this since after my wedding. I plan to start the Advocare ONE/80 soon to get back in it!! I absolutely LOOVE this program and couldn’t recommend it more. You can find it here.
3. Never miss a Sunday at church. Yes, I know, having a relationship with God is way more than just simply going to church each Sunday. However, I absolutely love going to Church with my family so we can all worship Him together. This past year, Luke and I have been so busy that we’ve slept in instead some weekends.
4. Have more ME time. Not sitting in bed on my phone. Not cleaning the house. Not walking the dog. Sometimes I feel so overwhelmed with everything I have going on, and I think this would be extremely helpful.
5. Cooking more!!! Boy oh boy… My husband and I love going out to eat! Luke and I have always thought that just grabbing dinner after work or going out do dinner somewhere is easier than trying to cook a yummy meal for two. I really want to reframe my thinking on this. I know if I get in the habit, I’ll love cooking!
